This paper presents a systematic derivation of non-static spherical gravitational fields within the framework of Time Field Theory (TFT) in flat three-dimensional Euclidean space. Starting from the fundamental axioms of TFT, we derive the dynamical wave equation for the time field, obtain the exact analytical solution for non-static spherical symmetry, and establish the gravitational wave radiation formula. The theory is verified using the GW150914 binary black hole merger event observed by the LIGO Scientific Collaboration. The derived gravitational wave power matches both observational data and the predictions of general relativity. TFT describes gravity through the spatial and temporal gradient of the time field without introducing spacetime curvature, yielding a self-consistent, singularity-free, and mathematically simple framework for gravitational dynamics.
