Resumen

First gravitational wave echo search using CCEGA-specific parameters: tₑcho = 14 ms, Δf ∈ 240, 2000 Hz. Analysis of GW170817 (H1+L1) and GW190425 (L1) using GWOSC public data. Non-detection consistent with O2/O3 sensitivity limits. First CCEGA-specific 3σ upper limits established. Does not falsify CCEGA. Definitive test: Einstein Telescope ~2035.
