This document describes the second version of the Ethics Framework and Data Management Plan (DMP) of the PRESENCE project. The DMP provides a common framework to respect the rights and dignity of human participants and encourages adherence to the FAIR data principles for all datasets collected, produced, and processed within the project for management andresearch purposes. It defines procedures that all project partners have to follow to protect the ethical rights of involved human participants, implement a dignified and safe treatment of participants, preserve their privacy, and ensure trustworthy and secure handling of their personal data.The current version of this document contains definitions of the ethical and legal background as well as an analysis of the main elements of the data management policy used within the project. This is a living document, and it will face possible changes due to the design of the research activities.
