This is the third and final version of the Data Management Plan (DMP) for the OurMED project. It provides a comprehensive overview of the data governance framework implemented throughout the project, describing how research data have been collected, processed, documented, stored, shared, preserved, and prepared for long-term reuse in accordance with the Guidelines on FAIR Data Management in Horizon 2020. The DMP documents the data management practices effectively implemented by the consortium and covers: The main categories of data collected, reused, processed, and generated throughout the project. The organisation of datasets as structured data packages and the dataset inventory adopted by the consortium. Data management procedures, including naming conventions, metadata standards, versioning, quality assurance, and documentation. Data accessibility, licensing, dissemination, and long-term preservation strategies. Measures implemented to ensure compliance with the FAIR principles (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, and Reusable). Unlike previous versions, which focused primarily on planned data management activities, this final version reflects the consolidated data governance framework established during the project. It documents the practices adopted by the consortium, the tools developed to support data management, and the procedures implemented to maximise the long-term accessibility, interoperability, and reuse of the project's research outputs.
