An open, deliberately conservative unified framework that interprets existing observations of contemporary physics — quantum-mechanical mass, gravitational-wave emission, biological electromagnetic signaling, and the Planck-scale resolution limit — as a single continuous spectrum governed by three principles: frequency, modulation and resolution. Mass is identified with the Compton frequency fC = mc²/h, recovering the zitterbewegung rate of 1. 55×10²¹ Hz for the electron. Gravity is treated as a low-frequency carrier wave, supported by LIGO observations at 35–150 Hz. Biological coherence (biophotons, heart-brain entrainment, Schumann–alpha overlap near 7. 83 Hz) is reinterpreted as a band within the same spectrum. The framework remains in standard 3+1 dimensions, predicts no new particles, and generates 31 falsifiable predictions reachable with existing instrumentation.
