This research establishes the "Ahmouri Theory of 59-Dimensional Harmony, " a unified physical and mathematical framework that derives fundamental cosmic constants through topological resonance. By utilizing the non-trivial zeros of the Riemann Zeta Function as a dimensional filter, the study provides a precise derivation of the Proton mass (mₚ 938. 27 MeV) as a solitonic node within a 59-dimensional manifold. Furthermore, the work resolves the long-standing Baryon Asymmetry problem by redefining Sakharov conditions as geometric imperatives, predicting a matter surplus of 6. 02 10^-10 in alignment with Planck Satellite observations. A key contribution is the prediction of a measurable gravitational anomaly (g/g 4. 87 10^-6) at a 1000-meter altitude shift, offering a verifiable signature that challenges the Standard Model and General Relativity.
