This technical note is published as a defensive prior art disclosure under 35 U.S.C. § 102. It describes a system architecture for strategic business decision support that separates a deterministic, multi-module scoring engine from a stateless AI explanation layer. The architecture combines: (1) a data validation and normalization gateway, (2) seven independent scoring modules with architectural isolation, (3) a weighted orchestrator producing scored recommendations with confidence levels and flip conditions, (4) a stateless AI explanation layer with zero access to scoring parameters, and (5) ephemeral session-scoped data handling with cryptographic decision-record signing. This document discloses the general architecture only. All implementation-specific parameters (weights, formulas, thresholds, calibrations) remain trade secrets protected under 18 U.S.C. § 1836.
