Monitoring surface deformation with Interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar (InSAR) time series analysis is essential for various geophysical and engineering applications. We present our new open-source research software SARvey which is tailored, but not limited to engineering applications providing various processing options. It builds upon the packages MintPy and MiaplPy and extends them by full spatial resolution analysis of Point Scatterer (PS) and Distributed Scatterer (DS) pixels with spatiotemporal phase unwrapping of sparse point data. We provide case studies with both medium and high spatial resolution imagery, which demonstrates its performance for several case studies including the displacement analysis of landslide, dam, high-rise buildings and airport infrastructure. The results from SARvey agree with previously published results for the same case studies, processed using other well-established open-source and proprietary InSAR time series software.
