The study analyzed the relationship between employee benefits and job satisfaction among workers of MYPE companies in the transportation sector in Peru, using a quantitative approach, basic type, non-experimental design, and cross-sectional scope. The sample consisted of 90 employees, to whom a questionnaire was administered as the data collection instrument. The main results revealed that the level of employee benefits was located at a medium range in 47% of the cases; similarly, job satisfaction reached a medium level in 52%. Furthermore, it was identified that the dimensions of bonuses, vacations, compensation for time of service (CTS), health insurance, life insurance mandated by law, pension system, family allowance, profit sharing, and EsSalud subsidies show a significant relationship with job satisfaction (p < 0.01). In conclusion, there is a significant relationship between employee benefits and job satisfaction (rs = .636; p < .001). This indicates that the greater the perception of benefits, the higher the satisfaction of employees, thus validating the hypothesis proposed in the study.
