. Intriguingly, blocking BAs-conjugated TGR5/TRPA1 signaling pathway could significantly alleviate PCD. In conclusion, altered gut microbiota after cholecystectomy contributes to PCD by promoting secondary BAs in colon, which stimulates colonic 5-HT and increases colon motility.
