This study presents a quantitative audit of 107 unicorn seals from the Indus Integration Era (c. 2600-1900 BCE), documenting a statistically significant correlation between offering-stand morphology and terminal tally notation. Using a double-blind protocol, Style 16 (deep-basin) stands correlate with 2-stroke tally and Style 25 (shallow-basin) stands correlate with 3-stroke tally (chi-squared p = 7. 08 x 10^-17; 92. 5% blind classification accuracy). The Dholavira anomaly (Fisher exact 174: 1) provides structural confirmation. This paper does not claim linguistic decipherment. It presents a falsifiable quantitative framework for computational archaeological systems analysis. Version 2. 0 revised following peer review.
