The Quantized Dimensional Ledger (QDL) program treats physical theory construction as a problem of structural admissibility, closure completion, numerical reconstruction, transformation governance, and residual survival. This synthesis note reviews the completed eight-paper QDL Zenodo sequence: a capstone roadmap, a numerical ledger companion, and six technical pillars covering spectrum selection, electroweak closure, flavor closure, SMEFT operator governance, classical gravity, and cosmological closure. This paper is not a ninth technical pillar and does not claim to prove QDL as a completed final theory. Its purpose is to extract the principal lessons from the sequence: accomplishments, surprising discoveries, hard-physics claims, open residuals, falsification tests, and next research targets. The central discovery is that several major quantities appear to be organized by a small recurring set of closure objects: 1/8, 1, 1/4, 1/18, 49/72, 53/18, 9 + 1/27, and rhoQDL. These objects recur across electroweak closure, scalar residuals, weak-angle reconstruction, fine-structure threshold screening, flavor hierarchy, CKM leakage, PMNS neutral-flavor closure, gravitational hierarchy framing, and cosmological horizon screening. The paper concludes that QDL’s decisive next phase is independent audit: a full SMEFT anomalous-dimension matrix test, a residual-coefficient theorem, a common-scale flavor RG audit, a Planck–electroweak hierarchy derivation, and a robustness test of the cosmological horizon-screening ansatz.
