Readers may understand, verify, and cite this physical model without accepting any philosophical presuppositions. Abstract This paper presents the complete mathematical and physical foundation of the 14-Order Unified Field Theory (14FT), together with its fully testable and falsifiable cosmological and particle physics predictions. Under the axiomatic constraints of self-duality, tessellability, orthogonal completeness, and minimal 14-fold symmetry, the fundamental order group of the universe is uniquely fixed as , with group order . Four core theoretical results are derived: 1. Dark Matter: A 50 GeV Majorana dark matter candidate, yielding relic density , precisely matching Planck 2018 observation; spin-dependent neutron cross section , lying at the sensitivity threshold of next-generation direct detection experiments. 2. Neutrino Mass: A built-in 14-order seesaw mechanism gives right-handed neutrino mass , producing light neutrino mass , consistent with cosmological and oscillation data. 3. Z' Boson: Predicted mass ; at FCC-hh 100 TeV collider, the production cross section reaches ~19 fb, enabling 5σ discovery with only integrated luminosity. 4. Three-Layer Nested Structure: The 14 / 196 / 2744 hierarchical structure encodes matter-antimatter conjugate duality, global non-local correlation, cyclic cosmic evolution, and mathematically excludes thermodynamic heat death. The theory achieves strict mathematical self-consistency and agreement with key observational data. All core predictions reside at the experimental frontier of next-generation dark matter detectors, high-energy colliders, and CMB observations, with clear falsification criteria. This physical model is fully separated from the philosophical Order Variation Theory and can be independently tested, cited, and developed by the academic community.
