Yalta et al. (Wed,) conducted a letter in Takotsubo syndrome with left ventricular aneurysm. Left ventricular apical aneurysm formation following a Takotsubo syndrome episode may suggest the presence of subtle or overt intraventricular obstruction requiring timely diagnosis and management.
