Does AI-guided stereotactic arrhythmia radioablation prevent recurrent ventricular tachycardia in a patient with refractory VT and dilated cardiomyopathy?
AI-guided stereotactic arrhythmia radioablation successfully prevented recurrent ventricular tachycardia and improved LVEF in a patient with refractory VT and dilated cardiomyopathy.

Zhang et al. (2026) conducted a case report in Scar-related refractory ventricular tachycardia (n=1). Stereotactic arrhythmia radioablation (STAR) guided by AI-enhanced CMR was evaluated on Ventricular tachycardia episodes during follow-up. Stereotactic arrhythmia radioablation guided by AI-enhanced cardiac magnetic resonance imaging successfully prevented ventricular tachycardia episodes over 15 months in a patient with refractory VT.
