We resolve the 5.0σ Hubble tension between Planck CMB and SH0ES local measurements using 45-channel informational decoherence. The 5D→3D projection yields N = 45 channels, enhancing local H0 by factor (1+1/N+1/N²) = 1.083. This gives H0 = 73.0 km/s/Mpc, matching SH0ES within 0.1σ with zero free parameters.
