Study resolves S8 tension in cosmological measurements, suggesting new predictive models.
We resolve the 3.1σ S8 tension between Planck CMB and weak lensing surveys using 45-channel informational decoherence. The 5D→3D projection SO(10,1)→SO(4,1)→SO(3,1) yields N = 45 parallel channels, suppressing matter clustering by factor 1/√45 = 0.149. This gives S8 = 0.762, matching KiDS-1000 within 0.2σ with zero free parameters. This is Part 3/3 of the Informational Sheets Cosmology series. Part 1: doi:10.5281/zenodo.20111824, Part 2: doi:10.5281/zenodo.20112877. We predict scale-dependent power suppression testable by Euclid and DESI.
