Seed paper introduces a framework for Descriptive Universe Theory, allowing further domain-specific studies.
This work presents the seed paper for Descriptive Universe Theory. It introduces a minimal formal core entered through three axioms: traceability, non-total description, and reconfiguration-request capacity. The paper treats branching as primary, while projection, coarse-graining, quotient formation, binarisation, co-projection, record formation, bridge data, gluing, and shared constraint core candidates are treated as secondary typed mediators declared over branch sets. The purpose of this seed paper is not to present a completed theory, but to fix an entry point from which subsequent domain-specific studies may proceed. It distinguishes the axiomatic core, branch mediation, typed mediation, and interpretation scope, and clarifies which claims are formal consequences, which require additional structures, and which are reserved for future branches. This English Version 1.0 is based on the Japanese seed-paper version v0.12.3. Topics such as node genesis, vocabulary growth, geometry, time, space, admissibility, observability, event exclusion, particle and curvature dynamics, quantitative prediction, self-observation, and ethics are intentionally left for subsequent papers.
