This paper presents a translational concept for modulating biological age through the interaction of gut microbiome regulation and neurophysiological modulation mechanisms. The proposed framework explores the role of Saccharomyces spp. in supporting intestinal barrier function and immune homeostasis, alongside a neuroacoustic model of systemic regulation via central nervous system pathways. The concept is positioned as a space-health–relevant supportive system, with potential applicability both in extreme environments and terrestrial longevity-oriented technologies.
