Theoretical model demonstrates cosmic expansion through bicone dynamics, indicating new insights into time.
Based on the author’s original PFUS (Pythagorean Frustum Unified System) and PFUSR recursive circulation principle, this paper establishes a complete model for the four-dimensional universal cyclic expansion growth of the cosmic bicone. The model defines the 11-dimensional apex as the primordial origin, the 5-dimensional waist as the globally symmetric steady-state core, and the upper and lower bicone tips as dimensional coupling poles. It demonstrates that cosmic expansion is a dynamically growing process of reciprocating pulsation, bidirectional synchronization, and universal penetration along the bicone axis from tip to waist to tip, with evolutionary characteristics analogous to plant-like self-similar growth in nature. This study identifies β_1 as a universal axial meridian operator that acts across the entire cosmos, focusing on the meridian direction to dominate vertical penetration, energy transmission, and global rhythmic coordination of the bicone. The fundamental framework of cosmic space follows binary coupling and ternary structure: binary systems exhibit bidirectional symbiosis, while ternary systems form a warp-weft bidirectional weaving texture. The entire spatial system operates in a synchronous bidirectional manner rather than unidirectional reflection. The scale constant π_1 is dynamically evolutionary, varying continuously with the axial position of the bicone. It approximates the inherent structural value 12/11 near the bicone tips and gradually converges to the classical constant π in the 5-dimensional waist steady-state region, entering stable quasi-static expansion. From a macroscopic large-scale observational perspective, human perception cannot detect the underlying bicone structure; most of the universe lies in the gently curved waist zone, so the cosmos appears highly flat at the macroscopic level. This paper reconstructs the fundamental definition of time, abandoning the traditional view of time as an independent dimension. It proposes that time is not an independent physical quantity, but essentially the accumulated trace formed by the continuous propagation of photons and the spiral cyclic growth of the universe. Photon trajectories spread over flattened space, and spiral growth proceeds at a gentle and uniform rhythm, leading to smooth and flat temporal perception consistent with cosmic flatness. The deep bicone structure and superficial flat appearance are unified. The theoretical system is logically self-consistent and can systematically explain a series of core physical problems, including cosmic accelerated expansion, natural cosmic flatness, the intrinsic nature of dark energy, high-dimensional structural stability, fundamental constant evolution, vacuum quantum fluctuations, and the origin of time. It further improves the cosmic growth dynamics framework of the PFUS-PFUSR system and retains open discussion space for future in-depth research, mechanism extension, and academic speculation.
