GearboxZ is the dominant controller; without it, zₛanity increases ~140× at w=0. 90 (0. 0015 → 0. 218). Q7d: 0/6 directed pairs detected — loosely coupled modular control topology confirmed. Q7b/c NOT EQUIV with uniformly negative meandiff (d=−1. 49 / d=−14. 93) is interpreted as active controller signature: GearboxY/Z actively reduce residual deviation compared to ablation baseline. Three execution-phase events resolved transparently: (1) §8. 3 mini-run abort (metric ontology mismatch, v1. 5. 1 patch Zenodo-timestamped pre-execution) ; (2) seed=562 slow-convergence outlier identified via zdiag diagnostic; (3) §7 item 5 runtime halt from misapplied threshold.
