Mature framework describes continuous transitions between effective physical theories, suggesting future applications.
This paper presents a mature, consolidated version of the Adaptive Constraint Cascade (ACC) framework. Building upon a series of previous works (ACC_1, ACC_2, ACC_3; their extended .1 versions; ACC_0 Foundations; and ACC_Test), we provide a unified presentation of the core concepts: parameter space, effective structural relations, deformation map, continuity, and adaptivity. We stabilize the terminology, clarify the working definition, and demonstrate how the three case studies (quantum–classical transition, Newtonian → relativistic gravity, and nonrelativistic QM → QFT) fit into a single coherent picture. A testable prediction from ACC_Test is briefly recalled. The aim is not to claim a revolution, but to offer a coherent structural language for describing continuous transitions between effective physical theories. Future directions (categorical formulations, applications to quantum gravity) are discussed.
