Case report reveals a sinonasal tumor causing proptosis, indicating potential for serious complications if untreated.
A 67-year-old female presented to our orbit clinic with complaints of watering and protrusion of the left eye of 10 days duration, with a history of chronic nasal obstruction. After evaluation and computed tomography (CT) imaging, a large hypodense mass was noted arising from the ethmoid, bilateral frontal, and left maxillary sinus and left nasal cavity, which was seen eroding the orbital bones of the left side. She was referred to the Ear, Nose, Throat (ENT) Department, where she underwent functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS). The sample obtained by FESS showed a sinonasal tumor.
