Corneal thickness increased significantly postoperatively, with CCT at 548.70 ± 41.34 µm at 1 week and remaining elevated at 1 month (545.67 ± 42.91 µm).
Lower postoperative endothelial cell density was associated with shallower anterior chamber depth and lower baseline endothelial cell density.
