Abstract

症例の概要:51歳の女性.右側臼歯部での咀嚼困難および右側顎関節部の疼痛を主訴に来院した.全顎的にブラキシズムの関与を疑う咬耗があり,右側臼歯部の歯冠補綴装置に不適切な咬合接触を認めた.そこで,プロビジョナルレストレーションで適正な咬合接触を与え,スプリントを併用して顎関節症症状の改善と咬合の安定を確認し,最終補綴装置を装着した.
