The successive developments that have affected international organizations have made them of great importance in the international arena, Therefore, it is important that the legal studies that deal with it also develop, Now that the international organization has become more like a public facility in internal legal systems, it has become necessary for us to examine the extent of the possibility of rooting the decisions issued by it administratively. We are not satisfied with saying that she is just a person of international law and we stop at that point. Because the international organizations that member states establish today achieve the international public benefit for those states, Such as the United Nations, which seeks to achieve the international benefit of preserving and maintaining international peace and security. In order to examine and expose all of the above mentioned and in order to achieve the desired goals, we divided the research into three demands. In the first requirement, we address the definition of decisions issued by international organizations. The second requirement is entitled International Organizations are International Public Facilities. As for the third requirement, we will discuss the definition of administrative decision in internal legal systems and a statement.
