This working paper presents a first-principles coherence architecture for understanding matter formation as a system of permitted energy states, transitional dynamics, boundary conditions, and relational phase stability. It develops a cross-domain bridge from atomic shell organization to quantum coherence, biological systems, organizational design, AI-human architecture, music, and cosmic structure. The paper includes conceptual models, Q-test/topology diagnostics, preliminary simulation results, and coherence-colony design principles within the Prisymphonic Coherence Framework.
