Abstract

This article analyzes the integrative nature of leadership competence within the system of pedagogical competencies from a scientific and theoretical perspective. The study examined the relationship between leadership competence and communicative, organizational, innovative, reflective competencies, as well as emotional intelligence. In addition, the impact of pedagogical leadership on educational quality, student motivation, and teamwork development was evaluated. The research findings demonstrated that leadership competence is an important integrative factor in improving the professional effectiveness of teachers. The study substantiates the necessity of developing teachers as leaders and enhancing their innovative and communicative competencies in the modern educational system.
