This research work is devoted to improving the theoretical foundations and practical possibilities of directing students to pedagogical activities based on an integrative approach. The relevance of the research is determined by the fact that a modern teacher requires not only a narrow specialization, but also pedagogical competence based on interdisciplinary synthesis. The article develops a pedagogical model based on integrative training modules and social projects that serve to increase the life and professional readiness of students. The results of experimental work statistically prove the effectiveness of the integrative approach compared to traditional education and show that it significantly increases students' decision-making skills in problematic socio-pedagogical situations.
