Durability of flexible pavements is significantly influenced by traffic loads and climate impact. This paper analyzes the impact of temperature and additive content on the rheological properties and performance response of asphalt binders modified with glass powder and fly ash-based geopolymer (GFG) using varied percentages of 0%, 4%, 8%, and 12%. The results showed that the GFG additives increased the shear complex modulus (G*) and decreased the phase angle (δ). The addition of 8%GFG increased the G* from 9.48 kPa to 22.32 kPa, and dropped the δ from 76.9° to 71.5°, contributing to high deformation resistance at 52 ºC. Modified asphalt binders outperformed the neat binder in rutting resistance at high and low stress levels. Findings confirmed that the 4% GFG modified binder exhibited the highest fatigue cracking resistance, followed by 8%GFG and 12% GFG. This study supports the usage of GFG to enhance the asphalt binder's resistance to rutting and fatigue.
