The article is dedicated to the topic of comprehensive application of artificial intelligence-based agents to support organization employees at all stages of their professional journey within the company—from their first days of work until achieving consistently high performance indicators. The research subject is the functional capabilities and architecture of an intelligent agent that is integrated into a corporate gamification system to automate adaptation processes, provide navigational support, and maintain employee motivation. The aim of the study is to develop the functionality and architecture of an intelligent agent that ensures continuous personalized support for employees in the company's gamification environment. The study examines the groups of tasks addressed by the agent: initial onboarding in a gamification environment, personalized progress analytics, interpretation of gaming metrics, clarification of the rules of gaming mechanics, search for reference information, and automated routing of user inquiries to technical support. The research is based on an analysis of the principles of intelligent agents and large language models. The agent's architecture is built on skills for classifying requests, accessing a knowledge base, and a relational database of the gamification system, as well as a mechanism for clarifying missing data from the user. Unlike existing onboarding platforms and chatbots that focus on static scenarios, the proposed solution dynamically classifies user inquiries and selects the data source based on the type of request. The practical significance of the research results lies in the ability to apply the proposed functionality in the development of dialogue components of corporate gamification systems in organizations with a large workforce and intensive hiring, where manual employee support is unstable and non-scalable. A promising direction for the development of the solution has been identified as a training module that forms recommendations for professional development courses based on the analysis of the employee's weak competencies. The implementation of the proposed agent will reduce the entry barrier to the gamification system, increase the transparency of gaming mechanics for each employee, and provide scalable individual support for employees without increasing the burden on company managers.
