High‐titanium steel exhibits excellent wear resistance due to the precipitation of TiN. However, the detrimental effects of coarse TiN and other inclusions on fatigue performance must be minimized. This study investigates the influence of continuous casting process parameters on macrosegregation and inclusions in high‐titanium steel slabs. A thermal simulation technique was used to replicate the solidification process. Orthogonal experimental design was employed to identify key process parameters affecting the segregation uniformity of C, Mn, and Ti solutes in continuously cast slabs and to evaluate their significance. Optimal parameter combinations for minimizing the segregation of each solute were determined through range analysis. The primary inclusions in high‐titanium steel are TiN, TiC, and titanium‐containing complex inclusions with oxide cores. The experimental scheme yielding the minimum total area of inclusions precipitated at the end of solidification comprises a superheat of 35°C, a secondary cooling intensity of 0.85 times the original value, a casting speed of 1.2 m/min, and a pulsed magneto‐oscillation (PMO) peak current of 180 K I A.
