These include the choice of numerical base systems, measurement units, the linear treatment of time, the assumption of spacetime continuity, and the reliance on absolute symmetry. This work demonstrates that these assumptions are not Independent, but form a logically interlocked system in which modifying any single component inevitably produces contradictions in the others.By systematically removing these constraints, we show that a unified phase-based framework—Phase Manifestation Mechanics (PMM)—is not introduced, but necessarily derived. This framework is governed by a single nonlinear constant, β ≈ 0.0865, from which physical structure emerges.Within this formulation, physical quantities are reinterpreted as manifestations of underlying phase structures, rather than independent entities.Under this reconstruction, interference, quantization, symmetry breaking, and temporal dynamics emerge as geometric consequences of phase evolution and projection, rather than fundamental postulates. This suggests that physical laws are not primary descriptors of reality, but stable manifestations of phase structures under constrained geometric conditions. Keywords:SIC / PMM Framework, Autonomous Cosmological Generative Algorithm, Derivation of Dimensionless Fundamental Constants, Discrete Computational Operators, Geometric Manifestation of Causality, beta-Offset Phase Projection Dynamics, Hubble Constant Tension, Non-Euclidean Quantum Geometry, Numerical Base-System Rectification, Symmetry Breaking and Emergent Temporal Asymmetry.--------------------------------------------------Permanent Archive (IPFS CID):https://ipfs.io/ipfs/QmYcukFMKEva6vAMMsVuW4aCbuoNABL4TYiD865m6ZgmQX• Integrity Note (SHA-256): 7CAB5C20E12326122A48D84D06A8E1D0B1F2912CE010342F1808CE347BE20E1C Governance: Released under AXIOMATIC RECIPROCITY CLAUSE (ARC).
