Extradigital glomangioma is a rare variant of glomangioma with few cases reported over the extremities, trunk and visceral organs. Patients with extradigital glomangioma lack classic signs and symptoms in comparison with typical glomangioma and thus can be confused with haemangioma, leiomyoma and intradermal naevus, requiring high suspicion and biopsy for the definitive diagnosis.
