We present a self-contained derivation of the Standard Model fermion spectrum, gauge repre sentations, and CP-violating phases from the Information-Copying Cosmology (ICC) framework. Spacetime and fields emerge from stochastic copying on a 4D simplicial complex. Defects are classified by twisted cohomology Hp(K,Lϕ), mapping directly to SU(3)c ×SU(2)L ×U(1)Y repre sentations. Fermion masses follow mf ∝ ∆nfeµf⟨C⟩ with a universal hierarchy parameter ∆ ≈ 0.10. CP violation arises as geometric holonomy: δCKM = 4π∆, δPMNS = 7π∆ 1+∆ + π 2. All predictions are parameter-free beyond ∆, and sharp falsification criteria are provided. This establishes ICC as a complete geometric theory of flavor.
