Indexes the entire Phase 0 corpus of Operative Semiotics and Fractal Semantic Architecture: five tiers, four reading paths, concept cross-reference, document status audit, and a missing-documents list that became the six-month work plan for the Crimson Hexagonal Archive. Deposited as both historical record and concrete instantiation of the network-as-poem theory. The navigation map IS the network rendered as document.
