Randomized trial develops a framework explaining neutrino ordering and mass relationships in particle physics, indicating new prediction capabilities.
This work develops a unified stabilization-hierarchy framework for charged leptons and neutrinos within the ψ₀–OCM (Osborne Cosmological Model) The model interprets particle identity, mass ordering, and neutrino hierarchy structure as emergent consequences of admissible redistribution closure, boundary stabilization, and topology-conditioned eigenstructure. Charged-lepton and neutrino sectors are treated as distinct stabilization regimes of a common redistribution substrate, replacing purely phenomenological Yukawa assignments with generative closure dynamics. The framework derives quantitative hierarchy relations, predicts neutrino ordering constraints, and establishes testable phenomenological discriminators for collider, oscillation, and cosmological observations. Standard particle phenomenology is recovered as an effective stabilization-locked sector of deeper redistribution dynamics.
