This paper is part of a coherent research program developing an informationally emergent physical framework. P10 analyzes the relationship between information loss, coarse-graining, and the emergence of effective time asymmetry. Building on the dissipative dynamics and coarse-grained descriptions developed in previous papers, the work shows how an arrow of time arises as a structural consequence of informational reduction rather than as a fundamental assumption. The paper clarifies how irreversible behavior and temporal asymmetry emerge at the effective level from an underlying informational dynamics that does not presuppose a preferred time direction. This result provides a unifying explanation for time asymmetry across dynamical and thermodynamic contexts within the framework. While this paper can be read independently, its full role is understood only within the complete sequence of papers (P00–P32).
