This paper extends The Relative Framework (TRF) into a generalized structural cosmology grounded in relational emergence, bounded persistence, finite resolution capacity (ρ), cumulative irreversibility (K), and representational divergence (Δ). Rather than treating macro-scale and micro-scale domains as ontologically separate realities, the framework proposes that they are recursively entangled regions of a continuous topological process.
