Shows genetic coding emerges from structural folding in macromolecules, suggesting new insights into molecular information storage.
The current Paper 37 benchmark does not claim that full nucleotide biochemistry, RNA world chemistry, or literal symbolic genetics have already been derived on a graph. It does show that a degree-constrained `50`-node carbon backbone in QGEFT can spontaneously fold into a stable topological memory device: the information density rises from `0` to `15`, crosses the template threshold `I_D > 5` at step `13`, and does so robustly across a `32`-seed ensemble with mean final information density `13.88`. In this narrow sense, genetic-style coding emerges as persistent cycle-basis memory of a stabilized folded macromolecule.
