Demonstrates self-replication in self-replicating graphs, indicating potential for prebiotic chemistry.
The current Paper 38 benchmark does not claim that full RNA biochemistry, enzyme support, or realistic prebiotic kinetics have already been derived on a graph. It does show that a high-information `12`-node template ring in QGEFT can recruit free vacuum nodes into a closed secondary copy under purely geometric induction. In the deterministic hero run (`seed = 7`, `alpha = 0.7`), replication reaches `75%` after generation `1` and full topological closure at generation `2`. Across the `32`-seed affinity scan, every tested affinity `>= 0.4` reaches full closure within five generations, while the fastest mean transition occurs at `alpha = 0.9` with mean closure generation `1.71875`.
