This study examines the role of internet technology capabilities in driving export performance among creative industry SMEs in Bali. Drawing on existing literature, the research highlights that effective utilization of digital technologies is a key strategic resource for international market expansion. SMEs that possess strong internet-based capabilities are better positioned to implement export-oriented strategies, improve market reach, and enhance competitiveness.
