The publishing industry has entered the era of digital-intelligence integration. With the rapid development of artificial intelligence, the work structure and methods of talent teams in think tank journals are undergoing profound changes. AI can drive think tank journals to transition from traditional experience-driven models to new data-enabled paradigms, enhancing editing efficiency and quality control capabilities, policy adaptability and decision-making support effectiveness, communication efficiency, and expanding publicity channels. The age of artificial intelligence, the editorial team of think tank journals should possess firm political literacy, academic and decision-making literacy, digital intelligence and human-machine collaboration literacy, as well as firm academic ethics literacy to prevent technical risks. To this end, think tank journals should foster a lifelong learning atmosphere in the editorial department, explore the establishment of an editorial team with integrated editorial and research development, attempt to set up a decision-making editorial link, formulate ethical norms for AI application, steadily enhance the overall literacy of the editorial team.
