The article considers the problems of the agricultural lending market associated with the seasonality and high risks of agricultural production, the difficulty of determining the creditworthiness of small agricultural producers and farms, the rapid reduction in the number of the most important market participants - agricultural credit cooperatives, imbalances, high costs and insufficient external financing.
