Patocskai et al. (2015) conducted a review in Brugada syndrome (BrS). Quinidine, bepridil, and Wenxin Keli was evaluated. Quinidine, bepridil, and the Chinese herb extract Wenxin Keli can exert an ameliorative effect on ventricular arrhythmias associated with Brugada syndrome regardless of the underlying cause.
