This study examines the importance of classroom management skills among teachers, with a focus on physical education and sports lessons. It aims to identify specific classroom management principles, rules, and routines and to provide guidance for more effective management of these processes. Classroom management is essential for creating an effective learning environment and improving educational outcomes. Due to the unique nature of physical education and sports lessons, tailored management strategies are required. Clearly defined rules and routines help maintain order, reduce disruptions, and increase student participation. This study was conducted using document analysis by reviewing existing literature on teacher competencies and classroom management strategies. The findings highlight that effective classroom management positively influences student behavior and the overall learning environment. Establishing clear rules and routines can enhance discipline, increase instructional time, and support the achievement of learning objectives. Therefore, developing management strategies aligned with the nature of physical education and sports lessons is crucial.
