Abstract

This paper describes a system for detecting and tracking moving objects in a moving world. The feature-based optic flow field is segmented into clusters with affine internal motion which are tracked over time. The system runs in real-time, and is accurate and reliable.< <ETX xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">></ETX>
