Atoms bind by executing confined interstate electron dynamics. Atoms execute electron dynamics in their original zones. For this purpose, atoms of suitable elements first attain a neutral state. The electrons of dynamics regain the state instantaneously upon the disappearance of the conservative forces. One cycle of the electron dynamics is sufficient to generate a binding energy.
