Research identifies key factors and proposes methods for evaluating management effectiveness in telecommunications companies, indicating a need for an integrated approach.
The article discusses the theoretical foundations of assessing the effectiveness of management in a dynamic and competitive telecommunications market. The purpose of the study is to identify the key factors influencing the effectiveness of management decisions and to develop approaches to their assessment. The existing methods, including quantitative and qualitative indicators, are analyzed, and an integrated assessment model is proposed. The conclusion is made about the need for an integrated approach to increase the competitiveness of companies in the industry. Based on the research, the need to assess the effectiveness of enterprise integration within the value chain in order to increase the value of this chain is substantiated. The proposed concept differs from value added in that it goes beyond the internal organization of production. The value chain examines the processes taking place not only in the enterprise, but also outside it. Due to the fact that it is necessary to reduce the uncertainty of the environment (especially through globalization and integration of global processes and, as a result, increased competition combined with a shorter service life cycle in terms of innovative technology development), the need for transformation of management systems towards considering the enterprise in terms of its business processes and chain management is justified. creating value.
