Abstract

Review of Heritage data, map regression, review of proposals The Development along with the conversion of the shed into a private dwelling has been sympathetically undertaken and sensitive to the location and historic built environment. It has Neutral overall level of effect on the locale. The outward appearance is very much still in-keeping with the history of the Site. Having considered both the impact of the refurbishment and development on the heritage asset itself, and its setting; the overall level of effect is assessed as Slight. There is no effect on setting. It would be beneficial to have more photographs compiled of the Site and internally, therefore a low level of survey, with more images taken by the Client potentially would be sufficient.
